Terrazze Ai Demani is a beautiful villa with swimming pool and panoramic sea views, a perfect place to spend your vacations in Puglia, on the beaches of the Taranto Ionian arch, surrounded by the lush greenery of the Terre del Primitivo.
The villa is located in Torre Borraco, on the coast of Manduria. It has a large garden with parking, outdoor spaces equipped for relaxation, pool area with solarium, large terrace overlooking the sea, outdoor shower, mosquito nets and electric shutters, bicycles provided.
There are all amenities: air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, wi-fi internet, full kitchen with king-size induction cooktop, heating with thermo fireplace, electric and pizza oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, blender, floor heating in bathrooms, etc.

Terrazze Ai Demani is a newly built villa, built in harmony with the surrounding nature, furnished in modern style with fine elements.
The outdoor spaces are the strength of the villa with swimming pool: a wooden path among olive trees and Mediterranean scrub guides the senses to a platform that overlooks from the slight elevation. Here there are exceptional panoramic views of the sea and Primitivo vineyards.
The crystal blue swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and olive trees, situated just in front of the large veranda equipped for al fresco dining and relaxing.
 
The interiors of Terrazze Ai Demani are introduced by a large living area consisting of: living room furnished with large corner sofa, fireplace and 1 pouf single bed under a beautiful star vaulted ceiling; modern dining room with comfortable chairs; full kitchenette.
The sleeping area of the vacation villa consists of 3 bedrooms: there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 triple room with double bed + single bunk bed. All rooms have direct exit into Complete the villa 2 bathrooms with shower box.

Terrazze Ai Demani is a villa with pool set in a residential area embroidered with dry stone walls and lush greenery, known as "Terra del Primitivo," in the coastal territory of Manduria in Torre Borraco.
The nearest beaches are just 4 km away. The nearest town, with all services, is Maruggio just 5 km away. Also very close is the town of Manduria, about 8 km away, and the town of Avetrana about 11 km away.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September, off-season pool's opening has an extra price of euro 200.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 94 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Villa is partially fenced.
- We inform you that every Saturday morning ,an operator responsible for the pool's maintenance, equipped with keys for access to the outside of the villa, will be on site for the weekly cleaning and mantainance.
