The apartment includes high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work or simply for staying while recharging in comfort.

Located on the third floor, the penthouse includes two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and another with a single bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room—making it perfect for both romantic getaways and group stays.

The space is bright and spacious, with an integrated living and dining area that creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

The bathroom is large and modern, with hot water for your comfort.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Although the apartment has two bedrooms, the second (single) room will only be available for bookings of three guests or more. For reservations of two people, access will be limited to the room with the king-size bed. If you prefer to sleep in separate beds, the king bed in that room can be converted into two singles upon request—please let us know before your arrival.

This space is designed for relaxation, remote work, and peaceful vacations. Therefore, loud noise or music is not allowed at any time. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m.

Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
