We stayed at The Halftime Landing at Stadium Place for 4 nights while in town visiting family. The location was convenient, the apartment was spacious and clean, and the price was very reasonable. Jordan was responsive and provided all pertinent information in a timely manner. We were even graciously able to check in a little early. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and appliances.We had a few issues, but they were fairly minor. There weren’t a lot of power outlets in the bedrooms, and the ones that were there were in inconvenient locations. We also wished we could have used the washer/dryer combo, but since Jordan told us it didn’t dry well and there was no laundry detergent, we opted to wash laundry at a family member’s house. We couldn’t find any additional trash bags, but as we didn’t cook and eat at the unit much, we only used the one bag. However, that could certainly be an issue for other large groups, especially for a 4-night stay. The showers also drained slowly. However, as these issues weren’t major, they would not prevent us from staying here again. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at this property, and would recommend it for families, couples, or any other groups. It would be an excellent choice for a group attending any K-State sporting events as it is within walking distance of the various athletic facilities. We will certainly consider it if we are in need of lodging in Manhattan in the future.
