Welcome to The Scandinavian Studio, a light-filled, thoughtfully designed retreat that blends calm minimalism with everyday comfort. Clean lines, soft textures, and natural light create an inviting space that feels effortless and uncluttered. Located just two blocks from Aggieville, you can walk to shops, restaurants, and coffee, then return to a quiet, serene studio. Ideal for couples or young families, the space includes a Pack & Play and a streamlined layout designed for easy, relaxed stays.

While we admire and appreciate fury friends, we do not allow them in our home. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.

No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for in reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.

Please lock the sliding door when you leave the condo.

No smoking/vaping/420 inside the unit or on the patio where it would disturb other tenants.

Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $50 for every half hour they have not checked out.
