Shell residence is 5-10mins. Walking distance to Mall Of Asia and 5mins. Drive to City of Dreams, Okada, Solaire and so much more. Our place is very convenient when you are going to the airport since it’s 10-15 mins. Drive using the express way.
Shell residence has a 24/7 CCTVs on every corner of the bldg and its very safe and has a friendly environment.. there are restaurants, Grocery store, massage spa and salon in the bldg
The space
The unit is 88sqm in size and equipped with 42” TV with cable and unlimited 85mbps WiFi and Netflix , the kitchen has all the basic things that you need from cooking to dinning, both bathrooms have water heater for the shower. 1 Queen size bed (orthopedic mattress) in master’s bedroom with wardrobe, 2nd room have 1 double size bed and 1 single bed both are memory foam bed with wardrobe. There is also 1 queen size extra flr mattress and 1 single extra mattress. There is a big balcony with the full view of Mall of Asia and overlooking the sea.
Guest access
Guest can access the pool area and play ground for the kids. There is a pool fee of 150 each during regular days whole day pass and 300 each during public holiday.
