This brand new 22 sq meter studio condo unit is located in Tower 1 of SMDC AIR Residences along side Yakal St., facing the Makati skyline.
• It has a full-size bed, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a bathroom equipped with hot shower, and a kitchen for light cooking.
• It is equipped with 1.5 HP split type AC, 43-inch HD TV, medium size Refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a 2-burner stove with a built-in range hood.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking ware, utensils, dinnerware, and cutleries.
• You can watch high-definition movies and TV shows from Netflix and Disney Plus channels for free, ideal for family movie nights.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and other bathroom necessities.
• The studio unit is ideal for remote work while enjoying the 100 Mb/sec WI-FI speed.
• This unit has a dedicated parking space for a nominal fee and additional paid parking for guests on the premises.
