Harbor Village Update: The indoor pool, hot tub and fitness area are open and included with your stay. The outdoor pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Guests are required to review and adhere to the facility rules posted on-site. Importantly, there can be no alcohol or food at the pool facilities.

Bedroom Layout:
All three bedrooms are on the second level of this well-appointed condo. The primary suite has dramatic elevated views from the wrap-around windows and covered second-level deck. Airy vaulted ceilings over the queen-size bed and a bright window-side seating area with a binocular stand where guests can take in the Lake Michigan scenery. Spacious ensuite bathroom with separate jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and generous double-sink vanity. Down the hallway, guests will find a designated workspace on the second-floor landing where guests can sneak in a little remote work if needed. The two remaining bedrooms, one queen and one full, share the second full bathroom with a single vanity, a bathtub, and a shower.
Living Area Layout:
The open first level has sweeping views, high ceilings, and plentiful natural light. Comfortable living room area with floor-to-ceiling windows and gorgeous lake views. Guests will enjoy the plush couch and loveseat, and flatscreen TV.
Kitchen/Dining Layout:
Fully outfitted kitchen with breakfast bar seating and wrap-around counters. Guests will have everything provided to easily prepare meals; kitchenware, pots/pans, glassware, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, electric range/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area, situated behind the living room and next to the kitchen, has a large oak table for up to six. The first floor also has a half-bath and a laundry room with a washer/dryer, iron, and basic cleaning supplies.
Outdoor Amenities:
This beachside condo provides easy access to the outdoors only steps from the sandy shores of Lake Michigan. Serene views can be enjoyed from the primary suite deck or the lower-level covered deck. Pour yourself a beverage, take a seat on the outdoor furniture, and enjoy the tranquil views of Man Made Lake and Lake Michigan beyond as the sun sets into the water. Explore the grounds and take advantage of the outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, playground, marina, fishing dock, and landscaped surroundings. Guests have access to the two-car garage.

Check in time after 4:00PM. Check out time before 10:00AM.
ARRIVAL: Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date. These include the exact property location, parking, and entry info. Guests will enjoy their own private, secure entrance. Rental is not shared with other guests.
DEPARTURE: We provide a short, easy-to-follow departure checklist. Tasks include tidying up, returning furniture to its original location, locking doors and turning off lights, and resetting the thermostat. It helps our staff immensely!
Rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced, especially occupancy limits and age requirements. NO smoking allowed. NO parties allowed. In the case of fines or eviction, we do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals, early arrivals, or early departures.
