Welcome to Orchard Beach House Unit #2! This sweet main floor, middle unit is decked out in beachy blues to inspire dreams of the Lake Michigan shoreline just across the street at Orchard Beach State Park. And as one of four separate units in the building, it’s perfect for families or groups that want to get together at the beach.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Here at Unit #2, when you’re ready to rest, sink into a Queen bed in the primary suite and watch some TV, while the kids settle into a second bedroom that features a twin-over-full bunk bed. Bed linens are included, so you don’t have to worry about making the bed – you can get right to relaxing.

The sunshine-yellow full bathroom has a tub/shower combo perfect for families with small children. We provide bath towels, soaps, and basic cleaning supplies.

Living Area

After a day in the sun, lounge in the spacious open living area, which has plenty of seating (including a Queen sleeper sofa), a large flat screen TV, and easy-to-clean luxury vinyl flooring.

Kitchen & Dining

In the same open space is the dining table with seating for four, and just around the corner is the kitchen area with additional bar stool seating. The kitchen is light, bright, and fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee pot, a toaster, a blender, and everything else you need to feed the family.

Outdoor Amenities

If you can’t get enough of the outdoors, relax on Adirondack chairs right outside your front door, or head around the corner to make use of Orchard Beach House’s shared amenities. Hang around the fire pit, get steamy in the sauna, or fire up the grill and dine al fresco at one of several outdoor dining tables on the patio.

With an ideal location North of Manistee and close to the beaches, trails, and scenic views of Orchard Beach State Park, there is so much fun to be had at Orchard Beach House. Spend your days sunbathing on the beach, exploring beautiful Lake Michigan, and strolling through Downtown Manistee, then head home to the perfect, relaxing beach retreat.

Things to Note

To access this first-level unit, there are no stairs. Guests will be given a keyless entry code prior to arrival.

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.

ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.

DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely.

Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
