The Space:

Find your home away from home in this well-appointed beach house just a short stroll away from the beach. Truly serene, Serenity by the Sea is a beautiful place to take in the beauty as well as the adventures the north Oregon Coast offers, perfect for a family gathering, a friend's trip, or a romantic couple's escape. It is located on a tranquil private street with just one other home and within walking distance or a very short drive to all that Manzanita offers, including dining, coffee shops, golf, wine tasting, and shopping on Laneda Avenue.



A vast entry hall welcomes you inside onto the first floor. A den provides a sleeping area, a twin bed, and an office desk. It's a perfect room to place the little one down for a nap or a quiet place to work while the rest of the group enjoys the living room nearby. Down the hall, the central area has an open concept layout, where the living room is inviting and boasts a gas fireplace, a piano, and seating for everybody. The gourmet chef's kitchen includes high-end appliances, a pantry with plenty of room to store groceries, a center island with a stainless sink, room to prep food, and a breakfast bar. An elegant formal dining room is feet away from a sliding door leading to the back patio, making entertaining a breeze. A half bathroom and laundry area for convenience are around the corner.



Head up the stairs to three bedrooms and a spacious landing which allows the rooms to be spread apart for maximum privacy. The primary bedroom has a luxurious King bed, smart TV, reading couch, and a vast walk-in closet. The incredible ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. Across the landing is a bedroom that can double as a kids' room; there is a Queen bed and a set of bunk beds with a smart TV, PlayStation 3, and games. The roomy third guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a smart TV. A full bathroom accommodates both bedrooms with a bathtub and shower combo.



Enjoy the outdoor space on the back patio where there is a picnic table and additional seating. A BBQ is provided with propane for the griller in your group. There is a slight drop-off in the backyard into a stream that runs around the property, so you must watch small children. The garage has an EV NEMA 14-50 outlet, two clam guns, and beach toys. The spacious garage can easily store your bikes or use it to park a vehicle out of the weather if needed.

Serenity by the Sea is just 1.5 blocks from the beach, 2 minute walk to the golf course and a quick 10 minute walk to downtown Manzanita.



Getting Around:

If staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car but if wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.



Interaction with Guests:

We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.

After booking, all our guests will get an after hours phone number to call in case of emergency.
