In a quiet location, this 70m² flat comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, fridge and freezer), a living room and a bedroom, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. With its comfortable sofa bed, the living room can be converted into a second separate bedroom. This accommodation is ideal for two people, but a family of up to five will also find all the space they need! The following are available
- one 140 cm bed
- a 120cm bed
- two 90cm bunk beds (in the living room) or a sofa bed.
A high chair and baby bath are also available.

The accommodation is attached to the owner's house. It has its own terrace and access to the swimming pool (shared with the owners). Garden furniture with parasol and barbecue are available in a pleasant and peaceful setting. Sun loungers are also available. Wifi access (fibre) is provided.

Towels and bed linen are provided for stays of 7 days or more. For short stays, towels and sheets are available for hire: €10 for a pair of sheets and €5 for bathroom linen (a small and a large towel, and a flannel).
The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

The accomodation is located on the outskirts of the village, with shops close by in the town centre (bakery, butcher's, tobacconist's and newsagent's), as well as small and medium-sized supermarkets (Aldi 100 m away, Intermarché 1 km away and Super U 2.5 km away). A launderette is also available 200m away (on the other side of the roundabout).

Our location is ideal for La Rochelle, the beaches of the Vendée and the islands of Ré, Oléron and Aix, as well as the Venise Verte. The Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, Château des Aventuriers and O'Gliss Park are all nearby theme parks.
