This choice location is centrally located in the heart of the Florida Keys in a family friendly community called Marathon. The location on 121st Street, Gulf side, just past Mile Marker 54.

This property is stylishly decorated with modern furnishings and complete with tile flooring throughout. Enjoy the exceptional views from the dining areas, or escape to the sandy beach through the master bedroom's patio doors.There are TV's in every room.

Enjoy Ground floor access to this home. Living room and dining and kitchen all open concept. Split bedrooms, with two bedrooms on the right side of the living room, and the other two are on the left.

This property is dog friendly, so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre-approved. Pet fee is non-refundable & taxable.
