Thishome offers an open concept living, kitchen and dining area. The living room is spacious with comfortable furnishings and large flat screen TV. Dining table seats up to 6 and the counter seats another 2. Off the kitchen is a storage area wtih the washer & dryer.

Master bedroom features queen bed, comfortable chair with ottoman, flat screen TV and a desk. The en suite bath has a stand alone shower. The guest bedroom features king bed with two chairs plus flat screen TV. The second bathroom features a shower tub combo.

The backyard is fenced off and beautifully landscaped. Out back you will find the private pool, tiki hut & dockage. Under the tiki hut you will find ample seating such as a swing chair to cool off in during those hot summer days. There is a table and 4 chairs with umbrella by the pool as well as lounge chairs for sun tanning. There is no pool heater.

There is a concrete seawall for guest use. Plus a bait freezer and a fish cleaning station to clean your catch dockside.

Direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. Maximum boat length allowed is 25ft.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.

This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is nonrefundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
