The interior is filled with beachy decor, natural light, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing tasty meals, yet each day can mainly be spent outside reminiscing over a cold drink on the covered deck, tanning by the pool, or grilling up some burgers on the private gas grill! When it is time to settle down, everyone can hang out at the round table for a game night, watch a movie in the living area, or hit the hay in one of four bedrooms boasting queen beds in three and a double in the last bedroom.

What's nearby:
This location couldn't get much better, as you will have easy access to open waters for boating, fishing, swimming, and exploring the Keys! When you want to venture away from home base, be sure to check out the Turtle Hospital, Florida Keys Aquarium Adventure, and the Dolphin Research Center. Be sure to explore some of the nearby water sport activities like kayaking, paddle boarding, and snorkeling. Plus, you can easily grab a bite to eat nearby at Burdines Waterfront and Castaway Waterfront Restaurant & Sushi Bar, both less than a mile away. Starfish Marathon Snorkeling Tours is only a few steps away, with great barrier reef tours and specialty cruises, and Sea dog Marathon Fishing Charters is ready to take you out for a full day of saltwater fishing.

Dock details: boat up to 25ft feet in length
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
