Best of all is the beautiful resort style pool and surrounding landscape, complete with tiki hut and adjacent to a deep-water pier. Outdoor amenities include a tandem kayak, private hot tub, covered parking, a gas grill, picnic table, bait freezer and fish cleaning tables. Location: Ideally situated near Vaca Cut, both the ocean and gulf are easily accessible. Restaurants, shops and entertainment are within walking distance. Guests enjoy taking day trips to Key West, spotting the key deer on Big Pine Key or venturing to Bahia Honda State Park by boat or car. Marathon has an aquarium, a movie theater, golf, The Turtle Hospital, and Dolphin Research Center just to name a few nearby attractions.

Surrounded by nature’s beauty, our refreshing saltwater resort style pool is the best place on the property to soak up the sun and unwind. Fish for tarpon, barracuda, snook and mangrove snapper right from the dock or grounds surrounding the property. Whether you plan on bringing your own vessel or renting one locally, Sea Forever has all the amenities you need.

Located adjacent to the property is a boat launch and marina with lift service, fuel dock as well as indoor storage in case you wish to leave your boat in the Keys for your next trip! We have had several guests stay at Sea Forever, store their boat indoors then return a month or so later in the season. Their boat is stored close, safe and ready to go for their return arrival! We know that boating and fishing in a new area can create a learning curve. Upon request, we will provide our guests with some coordinates and locations of terrific fishing spots and snorkel areas. Marathon and the surrounding waters offer some of the best sport fishing, reef snorkeling and wreck diving in the world. We want you to get your vacation going from the minute you arrive. We will shorten the learning curve and get you on the fish right away! Our fishing and boating guide will be an invaluable tool to the novice and those arriving for their first time. We just ask that you share photos of your catch with us!

- Max occupancy reflects the number of guests allowed per city regulations and does not guarantee sleeping accommodations for that number—please review the bed description carefully (occupancy number included infants and children)

- Please follow all rules and regulations, as we will have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.

- Property Surveillance: Outdoor security cameras are placed for safety purposes, recording only common areas.

- You will be emailed a Guest confirmation with our terms and conditions that you will need to e-sign to be able to stay at our home

- Check-in: 4:00 PM on the day of arrival (please note during high season, check-in may be delayed until 5:00 PM)

- Check-out: 10:00 AM on the day of departure
