Traveling with a dog? Sea Forever welcomes your furry companions! The fully fenced yard ensures your pet can enjoy the vacation, too. There is an additional fee to bring fido. This fee depends on size of dog and all breeds must be approved.

Occupancy Limits: Per the City of Marathon's regulations, the home accommodates a maximum of 10 guests (2 per bedroom + 2). 7-night minimum stay required. No exceptions.

Age Requirement: You must be 25 or older to rent this property. The 25-year-old renter must be present for the entire stay.

Dog-Friendly Policy:

Pet fee is non-refundable and taxable, and it will be required at the time of booking. All dogs must be pre-approved, and there are breed restrictions due to insurance. Dogs must weigh 60 lbs or less (maximum of 2 dogs).

Some platforms will add your pet fee after booking based on the size and breed of the dog.

Failure to disclose your dog or pay the pet fee will result in a charge of up to $500, and you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
