Eine volle Wand aus Glasschiebern bringt die Schönheit der Natur ins Wohnzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem 50-Zoll-Flachbild-HD-Fernseher und einem Blue-Ray-Player ausgestattet.

Es gibt drei komfortable Schlafzimmer zum Entspannen - ein König mit eigenem Bad, eine Königin mit eigenem Bad und ein zweites Königin Schlafzimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer haben brandneue Matratzen und Boxspring-Sets.

Beach vacation

Great stay with family in a relaxing quiet location. Property was comfortable, loved the pool backdeck and family room. Host provided good checkin details and guestbook had some great restaurant suggestions. Fun to kickback in the huge hammock and watch the pelicans , osprey and other wildlife.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a fantastic time celebrating my daughter's birthday as well as my grandson's first vacation in the Keys. The house was perfect for us and we loved spending time in the pool. We really liked that the house had plenty of towels, beach towels, pool floats, beach chairs, fishing poles, etc. Location was also great, close to the turtle hospital, Aquarium Encounters, Dolphin Research Center and restaurants. Great quiet road with little to no traffic. We would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Keys Home

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to beautiful Sombrero Beach. It is a classic Keys home on "ground level" and has recently been totally updated inside with a gorgeous, open plan layout featuring a full wall of sliders to the largest, nicest private pool anywhere. It is canal-front and the canal puts you in the ocean off the beach in less than 1,000 feet. Two great kayaks come.with the home as well as a SUP and they are easy to launch and beach. The owner is wonderful and attentive to any issues. One of the kayaks was found to have a significant leak, and it was replaced the same day as we had reported it. The house is spacious, well equipped, the beds are heavenly and the bathrooms are modern and beautiful. The wi-fi is excellent and the TV has a number of streaming services sunscribed and available for guests to enjoy. You will love sitting on the patio under the large umbrellas, sippimg your libations as the sun sets in the view down the canal, and you will relax forever in the large, heated pool. We observed many varieties of birds flying around the canal and landing in the trees from doves to cranes to egrets to pelicans and even a hawk. Fish swim in the canal and jump up frequently. We even had a pair of catbirds take up nesting in the bush near the post that supports the hammock. It is a very nice, natural setting with lots of privacy and quiet. It is a short walk to the beach, and there's a bike trail along Sombrero Beach Rd to get to nearby stores

Fantastic location and beautiful, well appointed property

The property was in a fantastic location, private and quiet, yet close to the beach and stores/restaurants. The house had almost everything you could ask for. It was so relaxing to sit on the dock and watch the pelicans dive for fish, have coffee by the pool, fish off the dock, kayak to the mangroves, etc. We tried to book again for next year but it was already booked! Definitely would stay here again.

outside space a little dissapointing

The inside of the house is completely renovated beautifully with updated kitchen and baths. it was very clean when we arrived. We found the beds/mattresses to be a little high and for some of the guests difficult to climb up on but the beds/mattresses were comfortable. Maybe some step stools beside the beds could rectify this? The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pans etc.. Although we really didn't do any cooking. We could not get the blender to work. it seemed like it was pretty old. The couch is VERY worn and really needs to be replaced. The main issue we had with the house was the outdoor space. The pool was very clean and refreshing but the area around it was dirty and moldy. There were moldy/broken pool toys and floats left strayed around the deck and both hoses were left unwound and haphazardly laying on the deck which could be a tripping hazard. There were several pots of dead plants all around the deck and the deck itself needs to be cleaned and painted in many spots. There were also a lot of dead/dying branches on the palm trees hanging over the eating/grilling area of the deck. The kayaks were left out turned up so they were filled with rain water and we had to empty them and dry/clean them out before we could use them. When we left we turned them over as requested by the owner. overall we enjoyed the property just wish the deck area was better maintained.

Liked being on the canal to the ocean with kayaks.

The property is not new. It is wonderfully situated near Sombrero Beach and we were there for the July 4th parade and fireworks. The fireworks were SPECTACULAR! Very fun to be there on July 4 week. Definitely would do it all again. No ants/pests, etc. Clean overall for sure. Door locks could use some more info in the house book Esp how to get out of the house without setting off the door alarm.

Great location and great place!

Had a great time at 39 Treasure. The location and amenities were as good as if not better than expected. With the pool, kayaks, and walking path it was the perfect setting. The kitchen was stocked with everything (cookware) we needed to grill our fresh catch and cook in several nights. Proximity to grocery store and restaurants was excellent. Only regret is not being able to see the fireworks at Sombrero Beach (our booking ended before Independence Day). Also, the owner was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating.

Perfection in Island Time

In our three weeks here on Treasure Road, we found nothing but perfection in this beautiful home. You can't be in a better location, a Mike from the noisy busy Overseas Hwy, a 5 minute walk to Sombrero Beach, the best beach and park in the Keys, quiet, residential neighborhood with renters and year-round people, young and old. Bike Trail on Sombrero Beach Road to several neighborhoods for riding, and the bike trail on the Overseas Hwy. Publix, Walgreens and other stores within a mile. Being in the middle of Marathon, great restaurants are in both directions - nearby. The house is modern, renovated, comfortable and bery well equipped. The pool is huge and heated to 82° with a surrounding patio with lounges table and chairs under an umbrella, and grill. We enjoyed beraakfast, lunch and dinner poolside with a view of the canal and the ocean behind. Yes, the canal provides direct quick access to the ocean, the beach and the river for kayakers. We went all the way to Boot Key Harbor for lunch at The Dockside. Two kayaks are provided and launching is easy and safe. We can't imagine staying anywhere else after our wonderful stay this spring.

Amazing Stay

I took my 18 year old son and two of his friends down for his graduation present. It did not disappoint. The house is very nice and comfy. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was awesome. The location is very convenient. A block from Sombrero Beach and a 5 minute drive to shopping. We even had a manatee come visit. I would recommend.

Beautiful home in Marathon

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, private home in Marathon. The house is well-equipped both in the kitchen and in the entertainment area. The bedrooms are roomy and very convenient in that two of them have an en suite bathroom. The environmental system is very intuitive and keeps the home very comfortable irregardless of the outside conditions. We particularly enjoyed the pool area. It has ample spacing with very nice table and chairs. The pool itself was maintained at a very comfortable temperature and was sparkling clean. We did use both of the kayaks. One was in excellent condition and the other was good but had an issue with the seat which we were able to manage. The owner and property manager were very responsive to any questions or concerns. I have stayed at several VRBO locations and this one certainly ranks up among the best.

Fantastic vacation!!!

Our family of five had an incredible stay at this beautiful house. We felt very comfortable and welcome. There was plenty of room. The house is decorated beautifully and had many thoughtful items we could use, such as beach chairs. towels, sand toys, and coolers. There were a few items not in the house when we got there like laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, or extra trash bags, but we were happy to leave some behind for the next guests. The pool is amazing. Our kids were in there constantly- even in the rain! We experienced our first tropical storm/category 1 hurricane during our stay. Ilene and the proper manager, Katie, were so helpful. They made sure we knew about the impending weather and what to do to prepare. We also had some sun during our stay, but even with some cloudy days in there too, there was still plenty to do around Marathon and other nearby islands. We are so grateful for the fabulous memories we will cherish forever. Thank you, Ilene!
