1st Floor Unit: A cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath layout with a newly updated bathroom and in-unit laundry. This level includes a King Size bed and a pullout sofa in the living room. 

2nd Floor Unit: A spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath with an office, featuring modern upgrades such as a sleek kitchen, cathedral ceilings, and a luxurious walk-in shower. This level includes a Master bed with an en-suite bath and a king-size bed. Plus another bedroom with 2 queen-size beds.  Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the 250-sq-ft deck.

Pet Policy:

This home is pet-friendly.

For Homes that do accept pets, you must indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.

- Regardless of whether you book directly with us or through a third-party site, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.

- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.

- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.

- This property is dog-friendly only—no cats or other animals are permitted.

- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.

Dockage is available at this property; please verify maximum boat size and dockage details with the property manager prior to booking
