For the fishing enthusiast, the highlight is the private dock—nestled on one of the few flow-through canals in Marathon. Bring your own boat and enjoy immediate access to the gulf or the sea. After a day on the water, rinse off at the outdoor shower, then roast your catch-of-the-day on the gas grill. The private patio offers a front-row view of the water—perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The updated kitchen has a full suite of appliances for easy cooking and cleanup. The dining area overlooks the water, so you can enjoy all your meals with a stunning view. Kick back in the beach-themed living room, then retire to the main bedroom, which has a TV, an en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower, and direct access to the back patio. Across the house are the remaining bedrooms, two of which are nearly identical. The fourth bedroom serves as a home office and has a futon, a desk, and a three-in-one printer for all your work-from-home needs. The guest bathroom has a standalone shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
