This 180 m2 beautiful apartment is located in a prestigious area, a short distance away from the sea and from the best beaches of East Marbella, in the middle of a charming white Andalusian style urbanisation.
The views from this apartment are breathtaking overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains, the city line, and the pool and garden. Â The urbanization is tranquil and peaceful so you can relax and enjoy your holiday, though only a few km from the vibrant city of Marbella and the beach with all the amenities you need to have a dream holiday on Costa del Sol. For golf players this apartment is one of the best as there are several great golf courses a stone cast from the apartment
The apartment features 3 bedrooms with double bed in each and fitted wardrobes, 2 of bedrooms with direct access to the terrace. You get 3 bathrooms, 2 of them with shower and the last one with bath tub, a spacious and bright living/dining room with access to the terrace and a cozy fireplace in the living area, Â a fully equipped modern kitchen with all appliances and 2 spacious terraces (30m2). .
The views from the terraces are panoramic and stunning.
The complex offers a large, community pool and a childrenâs pool surrounded by beautiful well-kept gardens with tropical trees and flowers and green lawns offering sun beds and fitted parasols to the guests. There is also free Wi-Fi in the pool area. Furthermore, there is community parking available for this apartment.
