This fabulous apartment is available to receive up to 6 guests. The property is distributed as follows:
> Living room: spacious, consisting of a dining area with a beautiful table and chairs for 6 guests. Then, the living area, where you can relax in the comfortable sofa and armchairs while enjoying the Smart TV (WIFI). It has access to a large terrace.
> Kitchen: spacious, classic style, with oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, toaster, kettle... and all the utensils you may need during your stay. A capsule coffee maker is also provided to enjoy a delicious coffee in the morning.
> Three comfortable bedrooms with storage space and access to the terraces. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom also has a double bed, and the third one has two single beds.
> Three beautiful bathrooms: complete with double sink, toilet, shower, and bathtub.
> Four terraces: equipped with outdoor furniture. Two of them are outdoors and two are closed with glass panels that can be opened. Ideal for admiring the breathtaking views and breathing fresh air.
> Central hot and cold air conditioning.
> Washing machine, clothesline, and iron.

The urbanization offers other facilities that our guests can enjoy during their stay: a swimming pool (open some months of the year -generally from May to October- we suggest checking availability before booking), a beautiful garden, and underground parking. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.
A security deposit of €800 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.

We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 5 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please consult us for availability and rates.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance of your arrival time to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour late, there will be a surcharge of 25€.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or underage guests unaccompanied by adults. Please book if you are over 25 years old.
*Crib available on request at additional cost
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if more are needed they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.
*Transfer from and to the airport available, please ask for availability and costs.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
