This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located in the famous 'Las Mimosas' complex. This apartment complex has access to the beach just a few meters from its entrance, allowing for a perfect and convenient beach holiday: Being in the heart of Puerto Banús will make your vacation fantastic and unforgettable!
The modern and furnished apartment is situated on the second floor and offers a cozy dining area and living room with a fully equipped integrated kitchen that comes with top of the line appliances.
The master bedroom features a Queen-size bed, built-in wardrobes with a digital safe, TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a Queen-size bed, a bathroom in the hallway, and spacious closets.
The mattresses are 28cm high with memory foam and two types of pillows are provided: memory foam and hypoallergenic fibers.
