Welcome to Las Dunas 2, the ultimate boho beachfront townhouse where relaxation meets style in a secured gated community. This is where you can make all your vacation dreams come true!
Upon entering, you'll find yourself immediately captivated by the breathtaking views of the beach from almost every space. Entertainment possibilities are endless in the cozy and chic living space which features a wal-mounted TV with Netflix. Whether you're curling up on the sofa after a day under the sun or enjoying a movie night with your loved ones, this can quickly become a favorite gathering spot.
Hungry? Look no further than the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an American-style fridge freezer. Whip up your favorite meals or take advantage of the nearby local markets to experiment with fresh produce.
Las Dunas 2 offers three bedrooms. Open the French doors and let the gentle sea breeze embrace you as you wake up each morning in the primary bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower for the ideal relaxation and privacy. The two additional bedrooms each showcases a delightful blend of functionality and style. Fitted with ceiling fans and central air-conditioning, these rooms promise the perfect restful night's sleep. A spacious family bathroom is also available for all your needs.

The Neighborhood
Carib Playa is a small beachside urbanisation that is a 10-minute drive into the centre of Marbella town and only 30 minutes from Málaga Airport. Walking distance from this property, you have several beach restaurants to choose from and a 24-hour pharmacy and local supermarkets and shops and bars are walking distance or just a two-minute drive away. A small residential community offering a mix of villas, townhomes and apartments, Carib Playa's small winding roads and beach-side lifestyle make it a top choice and is the perfect tranquil escape while still being close to everything. Located in East Marbella, Carib Playa is just a 15 minute stroll along the beach to the charming marina of Cabopino and its restaurants and bars. A little further along and you have Elviria and the world-famous Nikki Beach as well as a variety of shops, restaurants, banks, etc. The centre of Marbella with its picturesque old town and quaint shops and cafes is a short drive away as well as La Cañada, Marbella's large and only indoor shopping centre where you can escape the sun and shop the hours away at Zara, Mango, Marks
Spencer, H
M, Sephora and much more. Just a short 5-minute drive from Marbella and you will reach the luxury marina of Puerto Banus with its world class yachts and designer stores as well as Spain's fabulous department store El Corte Ingles. So whether it's the sun and sand or the shopping, sightseeing and local cuisine, you really are spoilt for choice in Marbella.

• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
