Great studio apartment in the 9th floor of the frontline Cibeles Building, recently renovated in the centre of Marbella. It has wonderful sea views and direct access to the Paseo MarĂtimo (maritime promenade) from the communal gardens and pools.
Accommodation comprises: lift access; large lounge / bedroom with folding double bed ( french system) with new mattress, upgraded, separate sofa, Smart TV 55" Ultra HD 4K, built-in wardrobe, and access to the furnished south-facing terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea; fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything you need for your home comforts; separate full bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with A/C and heating, and Wi-Fi internet connection.
đ The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

đââïž The pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September, both inclusive. The pool hours are from 12 pm until 8 pm.

đ Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price.
