**First Floor:**

• Second bedroom with two separate single beds.

**Ground Floor / Middle Level:**

• Spacious living and dining area, tastefully decorated and designed for relaxing moments or group dinners.
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals during your stay.
• Access to a private terrace with an outdoor dining table and barbecue, perfect for enjoying the open air.
• From the terrace, there is direct access to the garden area and communal swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and relaxing during the day.

**Lower Floor / Semi-Basement:**

• Third bedroom equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal as an additional sleeping or resting area, or for extra privacy.
• Second bathroom, located right next to this room, providing extra comfort and independence for guests.
