This duplex comprises: access to the 3rd floor by elevator; entrance to the apartment and the living room, with a sofa bed and access to the furnished terrace with sea views, ideal for joyful breakfasts, lunches, or dinners; open kitchen with everything you need to cook, such as a refrigerator, ceramic hobs, pots, dishes; shower room and toilet on the ground floor; on the top floor, the bedroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe; and a full bathroom with shower.
