Renovated 2 bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms, located on the 4th floor in Block A, of the Skol building in Marbella. This East-facing apartment has sea views. The popular Skol Complex is a front-line beach right in the heart of Marbella. Surrounded by fine dining restaurants and also pubs, bars, and shops. Near the Old Town and the Marina.
This duplex comprises on the bottom floor, a spacious living/dining room with a flat-screen 40" Smart TV, sofa, and access to the furnished terrace; a fully-fitted kitchen with everything you need to cook; and a separate bathroom with shower for your comfort; stairs to the bedroom area; master bedroom with double bed (150cm) and large windows with superb sea views; second interior bedroom with twin beds, this bedroom does not have a window, it has translucent glass so that light can enter from the master bedroom. ; and separate bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is equipped with A/C throughout and its own Wi-Fi connection.
