Come make yourself at home on Lake LBJ and be close to Marble Falls, Kingsland, and Horseshoe Bay! Bring your boat for a trip to the lake or bring your clubs for a round or two of golf at one of the award-winning golf courses in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. You can bring your ATV and plan a day at Hidden Falls Adventure Park. You can also have a day of wine tastings in Fredericksburg, Burnet, or Spicewood. 15 mins from downtown Marble Falls, 25 mins to Horseshoe Bay, 15 mins to Kingsland, and 1 hour to Austin.

Our second story condo is situated in the heart of the Texas Hill Country and Lake LBJ community. Recently remolded with lake themed decor will make you not want to leave. Spacious living room with dining table to seat 6 and 4 barstools for additional seating at bar top. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Balcony area includes large table to sit and enjoy all of the wildlife. Front porch overlooking one of the two swimming pools on site and it has been recently remodeled. BBQ areas located throughout the property. Beautiful sand beach to enjoy all of what Lake LBJ has to offer. Multiple fire pits on site to enjoy a warm fire with the family while roasting marshmallows. Playground, dog park, sand volleyball area, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and more.

Our unit is the perfect fit for a total of 8 adults. Sleeps 2 in the master bedroom and 6 in the second bedroom with a queen bed and a full bunk bed. Full size blowup mattress in closet to be used in living room as well. Bathrooms are both stocked with towels, toiletries, and hair dryers. Beach towels and sand toys included as well. Kitchen is stocked with needed items to cook meals including spices. Coffee pot and coffee will be in cabinet, but bring your favorite flavors if desired. Iron and ironing board included.

We offer free early check in and late check out if available. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us by phone (call or text anytime 24/7) and we will do our best to respond in a timely manner. Pets accepted in certain situations so please reach out if needed.

Quiet hours start at 11 pm.

There is no lifeguard on duty so please swim at your own risk. When you rent this condo, you are agreeing to hold harmless the owner for any and all liability related to the use of the pools, swimming area, and all other areas of property and condo.

You can bring your own boat and it can be launched at any of the local boat ramps in Granite Shoals which are all within 5 minutes or less of the condo. You may tie up your boat at the on site boat dock, but it is first come first serve and the boat cannot be left for more than 24 hours at a time. There is a boat and trailer storage area to store boat during your stay. You can rent boats and jet skis from Splash Boat Rentals in Kingsland as well.

Multiple shops, restaurants, and sports bars in Marble Falls & Kingsland to enjoy - Some of our favorites are Bluebonnet Cafe, Rae's Bar & Grill, Boat Town Burger Bar, Patio 2900 at Boat Town, and more.

In the mood for BBQ, try the famous Opie's Barbecue in Spicewood or Cooper's Old Time Pit Bar-B-Que in Llano.

Looking for some family fun, check out Putters and Gutters Marble Falls. They offer bowling, putt-putt golf, bumper cars, roller skating, arcade and then grab a bite to eat and a drink at their restaurant and bar.

Public golf courses are Hidden Falls Golf course in Meadowlakes, Delaware Springs in Burnet, Legends in Kingsland, and Blue Lake Golf in Blue Lake. There are many others if you want to take a short drive.
