Nestled in the heart of the Tuscan Archipelago Park, in a protected nature area, is this house, consisting of three dwellings that are part of the same estate. Located in a hilly area 250 meters above sea level, it is extremely secluded and quiet, especially during the summer months.

Despite its tranquility, the house is only 5 minutes by car (or 10/20 minutes by bicycle) from Marciana Marina and its beaches. From the property depart directly wooded trails ideal for trekking or for two-wheelers.

Just 1.5 km away, reachable on foot via a path or by car in just 3 minutes, is Poggio. Marciana Alta, the first town built on Elba and where Napoleon spent most of his days in exile, is also easily reached by car, a short distance away.

These houses, designed by a famous architect on commission from a noblewoman of the Windsors, the English royal family, offer generous spaces and are used only occasionally for short rentals, being fully furnished and ready to be lived in.
