We are in Marciana Marina, a renowned coastal village that every summer welcomes the numerous boats of tourists who choose to spend their holidays on the island. It is a perfect location for those who want to stay in a very lively tourist center with the sea close at hand, without necessarily using the car to get around. It is ideal for lovers of tranquility, an authentic place that maintains the island charm of the past, the smallest municipality in all of Tuscany but full of events, restaurants and clubs that make it the true tourist jewel of the North Coast. Thanks to its exposure, it is famous for offering the most beautiful sunsets on Elba. The whole life of the town develops on its approximately 400 meter long beach, where at the two opposite poles we find the fascinating Borgo del Cotone, and the beaches of Feniccia and Feniccetta.

Our La Marina apartments are 3 in total, they are part of a single complex, two are located on the ground floor and one on the second floor. The area is private and residential, a few hundred meters (250 m) from the seafront and its shops, a perfect location for those who want to be convenient to services but away from the chaos of the center.

It offers approximately 40 m2 of internal space and another 40 m2 of external garden. Consisting of a living room with double sofa bed and LCD TV, kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge with freezer, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, fenced outdoor area equipped for eating out. The apartment has a parking space and a washing machine. The apartment is connected to the Limoni studio apartment.

- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
