Great location close to shops, restaurants, Veterans Park, and much more. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is very spacious and has great water views, a heated pool, and a spa, The house has been completely updated with a contemporary vibe and is very spacious. There is something for everyone to do like sunbathe, relax poolside or in the spa, fish off the dock, or play a game of pool on the pool table in the den.
The kitchen has been completely updated with white granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are two bar seating areas as well as a dining room table, The living room has comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. This home has everything to make for a memorable family vacation.
The dock is available to tie up only. The lift is not available.

Great Location

This house is in a great location as it’s walking distance to several restaurants. The pool/spa combo is fantastic with a large pool deck with seating and a gas grill. We also enjoyed the 2 bikes, many beach chairs, paddle boards and kayaks. Plenty to do for all ages.

Everything was Great!

My husband and I really enjoyed this house. Great location and main bed was very comfortable. (It was only us so we never used the other bedrooms) We were near restaurants and shops that you could walk to and a park is located across the canal. We enjoyed the farmers market. The house comes with great extras including beach supplies, bikes, and paddle boards. Highly recommend!! Thanks

Beautiful Pool Home on Canal

Beautiful home with all the things you'd need to either stay in at the pool or head out to the beach. We did both many days. Excellent layout, pool table, grill in the lanai, heated pool and hot tub were all perfect for our stay! What an awesome location that we were able to go for walks to not only several restaurants nearby, but also a grocery store. Owner and property manager were very responsive. We will gladly try to rent here again!!!

Week long stay

Overall, we really enjoyed this property! Cons: washer leaves brown marks all over the sheets and clothes. Ice machine on fridge doesn’t work. Light above stover doesn’t work. Pros: I have so much more to say when it comes to the pros! Initial check in was so easy. We arrived on a Sunday, after 5 pm, and all we had to do was pick up the keys from the office that had our name on the packet. They had a “manual” at the home that let us know “house rules” which was very helpful. Upon entry, the house was clean and incredibly beautiful! It is close to shops and there is a park even closer. The Winn-Dixie is close too, so grocery shopping was a breeze. Almost every morning we saw a pair of dolphins right outside the window! The owners had everything we needed for the beach, including toys for kids for the beach (we have a 4 year old), umbrella, wagon (handle was broken on the wagon and kept popping off, still was usable but needs to be fixed), chairs, buckets for shells, and a small cooler for drinks. Another REALLY awesome thing they had were bikes, 2 stand up paddle boards and 2 kayaks! We used the boat lift to put them in the water. Tigertail beach is only a 5 min drive roughly, and south Marco is about 10 minutes. We spent a lot of our time at Tigertail as it was less busy. Bring water shoes to walk across the water. Do a little bit of research on Tigertail beach beforehand. I highly recommend staying here! My family will remember this vacation for the rest of our lives!

Marco Island family vacation 2023

One of the nicest ones we have stayed in. Very clean, wonderful neighborhood, place was very spacious for my family of 6. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and pool table. The flat screen TV in family was absolutely amazing. We will definitely stay again.

So relaxing home

The house so beautiful and very clean! My kids loved the pool. The canal view was very nice I definitely enjoyed fishing there at night. The home had everything you need for a vacation stay. I don't have anything negative to say was a great stay! I would definitely book again this house!

Vacation week on Marco Island

The house was great!!! An awesome pool and hotub. We caught fish from the canal in the backyard. The park located behind the house was a two minute walk. The location of the house is literally 2 blocks away from restaurants and shopping centers. It was perfect for 5 people. Very clean and they answered my questions through Vrbo and email almost instantly!

Amazing vacation

My family and I had an amazing vacation in Marco Island! The house was absolutely amazing! If I had to change anything it would be too have the ice maker work however it was an easy fix we just bought ice from the grocery store. We were very pleased to see that the house came with paddle boards and kayaks which was not on the listing, so it was a very nice suprise! The house was very clean and smelled amazing! Very zen-like!! We rented a pontoon boat through Gator Boat Rentals and they delivered the boat right to our dock and picked it up when we were finished. It was the first time we rented a house on our own (without other families joining us) and it was the best vacation we have ever been on!

Nice vacation home but missing a few essentials

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at this property. It was missing some essentials for beaching and cooking though that would have made our experience much better. The ice maker is broken and was not fixed before we left. We bought a large bag of ice to get us through the time we were there. Also would have been nice to have a beach umbrella, beach wagon, and rolling cooler. We had to use a very small material cooler as that was all they had which was not big enough for our party of 5 for drinks and food for the beach and boats we rented. The kitchen did not have pizza pans or pizza cutter, and no blender for mixed frozen drinks. These essentials should be provided so that was disappointing to have to do without.

Lovely Home & Canal View

We felt like we had stepped into a staged home in a magazine. The home was gorgeous and the furnishings were stunning. Upon use though, we realized that having a cream/white sofa & chaise lounge were great for pics - but not so great for a relaxed vacation! There were bugs - too small to identify- that we saw & immediately reported the first day which was a Friday. The representative told us that since it was the weekend, there was nothing she could do until Monday. We were ok with this promise as she thought they were tiny ants trying to get inside the house to water. Unfortunately, NO ONE followed up with us later on Monday & I’m REALLY hoping we don’t take any bugs home with us. I felt itchy many times because of the bugs. The pool turned a disgusting green color by Wednesday- but we didn’t know what to do about that either. The hose was left on & was filling the pool when we got there - so we finally turned it off - with no instruction on it either. We enjoyed the garage for our car but for some reason, we didn’t have a garage door opener! I had to stay out of the car and jump the sensors to join my husband in the car. There were very few instructions aside from the VERY LENGTHY “CYA” contract we had to sign prior to coming down. It would’ve been nice to know that the only blinds on the canal-side where there are floor to ceiling windows all around - were hurricane blinds. If you didn’t use these heavy duty shutters - you had zero privacy outside of the bedroom in the evenings. We have electric blinds at home - and for the price we paid it would’ve been appropriate here too. Telling folks to take the trash/recycling out to the curb on Sunday evening would’ve been nice too. We did enjoy the private pool & canal view. The house was beautiful if not comfortable. We would maybe come back - but it could be so much better & a more relaxed vacation with just a few tweaks!
