What’s missing in this word: Pleas__e? U R! If you want to indulge in the “pleasure” that is beachfront living in a gated community filled with amenities, then welcome to the South Seas. This 7th floor, 1,100 square beachfront condo sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins, and two bathrooms.

With a cup of coffee or tea in your hand, begin your day in a true Marco Island fashion on the soothing sunrise balcony overlooking Marco Island. Then, end your day on the back balcony facing west, with a tropical blended drink in hand as the setting sun turns the sky a brilliant orange.

In the living room, enjoy comfort at its finest, with cozy furniture placed perfectly around the flat-screen television. To enhance your comfort, the interior, with its oceanic décor, is brightened by the sun that enters through the sliding glass doors, creating a feeling of seaside serenity. These doors are in both the living room and master bedroom and lead directly to the balcony, so you may find yourself leaving them open to enjoy the fragrant tropical breezes.

The kitchen features granite countertops with barstools and comes fully stocked with all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to make the perfect meal to enjoy on the wooden dining room table or balcony. This wouldn’t be a true island-style kitchen without a blender, so, of course, there’s one for you to use to blend tropical beverages to enjoy on the balcony or at the beach.

If you’ve ever dreamt of falling asleep to the gentle touch of the soft ocean breezes, then you’re in luck, as this dream will be a reality every night in the master bedroom. Both bedrooms offer ocean-themed dĂ©cor and televisions, along with plenty of closet and drawer space.

Great stay

We have stayed in this complex for several years! We like it. This was the nicest unit we have stayed in. It is very nice. The kitchen has everything you need for any cooking you want to do .

Wonderful Placw

We had an amazing time staying here, the condo was really clean, nicely appointed not only in the kitchen, but the bathroom towels, beach towels and bed linens. The master bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable king bed and TV. The 2nd room had 2 twins and a TV. The view is what we will miss the most each morning. Check in was easy, plenty of places to eat, drink or shop nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The beach was super clean and there are shells aplenty for those who like to go shelling. There are a few places within walking distance (about 20 minutes from building 4) such as Doreen's Cup of Joe, Joey's, and a really good little NY style delicatessen called Brooklyn's (highly recommend - go early as they are only open from 10-2 M-Fr). I definitely wouldn't call this place very kid friendly, which we personally didn't have a problem with because we don't have kids, it's just a quieter place and there are full time residents here and not much to do for the kiddos. The woman that monitors the pool is a little gruff though, she made the poolside experience less than enjoyable. She might as well be named the pool police. Overall, the grounds were well maintained, easy walk to the pool, the beach and each floor had a washer & dryer to use with a pre-paid card that's easily chargeable onsite. We had a great time here and we are already looking forward to coming again next year!

Marco Island is AMAZING!

Our rental was amazing. This property is very secure and clean. Beautiful beach, sunrises and sunsets from the balconies. Equipped with everything you would have in your house back home, and more! Loved staying there can't wait to return!

Not the best

The condo was nice for the most part, but there are a few things potential renters should know. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable. You are expected to do your own towel laundry, dishes, and trash AND pay a cleaning fee. The pool has many rules such as no eating, no drinking, no floats, no diving, etc. making it difficult to enjoy. The internet didn't work when we arrived, so we could not access the app to find the information for the chairs/umbrellas/etc. You should take screenshots before you go. The information on the buildings routes you to call someone who is no longer associated with the condo association and he gets very angry when you call him. It is difficult to figure out where you are allowed to park. It WAS pretty clean.

Very Nice

Unit was great, updated & clean. Management company was very responsive all the way through. Would definitely use again. The only negative with this location is distance to the water. There is a 10 minute walk (on beach) to waters edge. To be fair most everything north of the Marriott is a distance from waters edge.

Paradise!

This condo is actually better than described! Location is wonderful. We were worried about "high rise" experience but it didn't feel crowded (and it was Feb!) Condo is an end unit which provides wrap around views of beach and island. Stocked with everything we needed for a very relaxing stay.

Awesome views. Beach is a fair walk away.

Unit is clean, very modern, and has awesome ocean views. We loved it but negotiating elevators, massive parking area, etc was different than most condo buildings we have rented in. Building is like a massive college dorm—they manage it well and keep it orderly/very clean, but know this is one of four massive buildings in a row. Beach is close to a 1/2 mile total walk (this building is furthest from beach and first building is on the beach but all four buildings are setback—nice beach walk but a long ways to carry chairs, etc. Facility is not geared to children. In summary, a great value in a superb unit with great views.

Great Condo, not for families

The condo was amazing. The town is great. This place is not for families. Kids are not welcome in the pool. They actually have a sign up that says Children's Play time is 11 to noon and 4 to 5. The owner should have mentioned this to us. My kids didn't enjoy the complex.
