SEA MAR CONDO:
Enjoy our 19th (top floor) 2 bedroom, 2 bath Tower 3 penthouse unit in beautiful South Seas (a 55 acre secure gated community). This unit has one of the best views on Marco Island! It offers a magnificent view of Crescent Beach and the Gulf waters from the over sized balcony and an equally great view of Marco Island from the entrance area of the condo. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom 2 twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper is in the living room. Both bedrooms and the living room have hurricane proof sliding doors that lead to the over sized lanai and all have magnificent views of Crescent Beach and the ocean. The master bath is a full bath with a granite vanity top and a tiled shower. The guest bath is also a full bath with a granite vanity top, a tiled shower. Note: The condo is equipped to sleep 6 people.
NOTE: 7 night minimum stay required by South Seas Condo Association. We rent on a Saturday-Saturday weekly basis, although multiple weeks may be rented. This property is newly listed on VRBO - we have owned this property 2 plus years and it has undergone a total renovation with new appliances and furnishings. The owners have used this property in the past, but have rented it out as well. Our 87 reviews - 5 Star- can be seen on our second property, Sea Mar Condo. (See VRBO listing #776593).

SEA MAR CONDO II offers all tiled floors (no carpet). We provide free wireless internet to our guests. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, and blender. The dining area seats 6 people. There are 3 flat screen televisions (master and guest bedrooms and living room), all linens and towels (kitchen, bath, and beach), beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella and cabana, beach pull-cart, and beach toys. The balcony has dining chairs and table, conversational chairs for enjoying the amazing views and a chaise lounge for a good book or a nap.

The South Seas property has a heated pool, fitness facility, covered parking (Note: $100 registration fee, which includes parking, due to South Seas upon registration. NO MOTORCYCLES OR TRAILERS ARE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY), clay tennis courts, pickleball courts, laundry facilities on each floor, and 24 hour gated security. There are casual and fine dining restaurants nearby, many offering on the water seating. South Seas offers access to 2 beaches...Crescent Beach with beautiful white sand perfect for a long walk or relaxing in a chair with a good book and Tigertail Beach, which is great for shelling, paddleboarding and kayaking.

There are places nearby that rent jet skis, boats, bicycles, or offer parasailing. Several golf courses are also located on the island. Downtown Naples is 18 miles away with great shopping and dining. The Everglades are a short drive as well offering air boat and swamp buggy tours.

Getaway from the cold

The condo was beautiful and very clean. It was well stocked. We enjoyed the view. The beach was well taken care of. Our only complaint was that the unit was next to the elevators and you could hear the noise from them.

Gorgeous first family vacation!

This condo was not only meticulous, but there were so many items we were able to use! The ability to have beach items for our use was a lifesaver. Although the walk to the actual water was a bit, the stroller worked well on the more compact sand. Teresa was super communicative (we went during a hurricane!) and had plenty of puzzles and games for our use during the storm. She checked on us frequently to make sure we were ok. The pool was never crowded and the kitchen was perfect for breakfast/lunch/ and a few Dinners in the room. They even had an entire binder of restaurants and recommended activities. The condo was adjacent to some great restaurants, and a mere five minute drive to others. We will definitely recommend. Our first family vacation was a great success!

One Of The Best Condos We've Stayed In!

Our family loves Marco. This was our third straight year. This was our first year staying at Tiger Tail. The condo was exactly as advertised. Comfortable beds, clean and an unmatched view that goes on forever. Our only actual complaint is something that can't be helped. Use caution early mornings and later evenings because the mosquitos between the condo and the beach are rabid! Some of the most aggressive I've ever experienced. And of course the walk to the beach is a bit far. But that was expected. Never a wait at the elevators and they are very fast. The property manager was fantastic too! Great recommendations for restaurants. Our favorite was The Snook Inn. We went twice :) Thank you for sharing your place with us. 5/5 The Lee Family

Great Beach Vacation

Excellent views from this top floor condo. The unit is extremely well supplied and equipped. Best beach tent/cabana and easy to set up with beach chairs and cooler. Everyone enjoyed lunches at the sea shore. Karen made arrival seamless. Property has a number of activities from pickleball to shuffle board to enjoy.

Perfect stay!

We were very pleased with this condo! The owners thought of everything - a fully stocked kitchen with extras like spices, a fully stocked linen closet, and an amazing beach closet with everything you need for the beach! The condo was spotless, comfortable and just as pictured. Karen, the property manager, was so helpful and took the time to show us where everything was in the condo and the complex. We’ve stayed at numerous condos all over Florida and this was by far the best! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We hope to be back soon!

Home away from home!

If you are looking for a rental that feels like home this is it! The kitchen is modern and stocked with every utensil, pot/pan. and gadget you could want. The linen closet has more than enough towels, beach towels, blankets and pillows than our family of 5 needed! The beach closet-wow! Several coolers, bags, chairs, umbrellas, toys like boogie boards and sand toys to choose from. There is also a wagon to load up and take those items down to the beach. The view is beautiful, and the balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and the family room and there are chairs, a table to enjoy a meal and lounger to take a nap or get some sun. All the furniture is very comfortable including the beds! The condo was clean when we arrived and the property manager, Karen, was amazing! We rent houses and condos often and Karen is by FAR the best we’ve worked with. We even had a question on Christmas and she texted back immediately! The owners literally thought of everything with their rental; it is truly a home away from home!!!! We had family in other units when we were there and they don’t come close! From check in to check out to our overall experience at Mar Condo II, everything exceeded our expectations! There is a reason this unit has all 5 star reviews! Put this one at the top of your list!

Best beach vacation

This condo was top notch. I’ve been going to the beach for 40 years and have been using a travel agent for the past few years because of the many disappointing experiences booking through different online sites myself in years past. Well not this year I decided to go somewhere different and tried Vrbo. We were very impressed with the fabulous condo. Pictures online are spot on. If you’re looking for beautiful views, delicious seafood and a quiet relaxing place to stay, this is the place for you.

Highly Recommend!

Our condo was fantastic. Perfect floor plan for us and our two teen daughters. The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation - beach towels, chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys, sunscreen, you name it! The property was so clean with a beautifully updated kitchen, which also had everything we needed. Karen, the property manager was so friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The only thing I would tell people to be aware of is that while this property is technically on the water, it is a very far walk to get there. This is because the beach is so huge. Other than that, everything was great!
