Unser Haus in 157 West Flamingo Circle liegt nur zwei Häuserblocks vom Zugangsweg zum wunderschönen Crescent Beach von Marco Island und dem JW Marriott Resort entfernt. Im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert, finden Sie hier alles, was Sie für eine erholsame und komfortable Zeit im Paradies brauchen! Unser Haus verfügt über eine geräumige Küche mit Granitoberflächen und eine große Mittelinsel, die sich perfekt für die Zubereitung und das Zusammenstellen von Speisen eignet. Alle Geräte sind aus Edelstahl, einschließlich einer Dunstabzugshaube und einer Schubladenmikrowelle. Wir haben einen offenen Grundriss mit gewölbten Decken, der Küche, Essbereich, Wohnzimmer und Gesprächs- / Leseecke umfasst. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein angeschlossenes Bad und direkten Zugang zur Veranda. Das Master-Bad ist riesig mit einem Doppelwaschtisch, einer Marmorarbeitsplatte, einer separaten Marmorfliesendusche, einer freistehenden Badewanne und einem Schrank. Die Gästezimmer befinden sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Hauses und teilen sich ein Bad mit zwei Waschbecken und einer Badewannen- / Duschkombination. Es gibt zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Queen-Size-Bett und das andere mit zwei Full-Size-Betten, was dieses typische Zweibettzimmer komfortabler macht. Alle drei Schlafzimmer haben neue weiche Matratzen und Bettwäsche. Das Master-und Queen-Schlafzimmer haben Fernseher.

Die Glasschieber aus dem Wohnzimmer und der Küche öffnen sich zur abgeschirmten Veranda mit beheiztem Pool, Liegestühlen, Gesprächsgarnitur und einem Essbereich für 8 Personen. Neue Bepflanzungen, Beleuchtung und Umzäunung schaffen eine private Oase im Außenbereich, mit Beleuchtung für zusätzliches Ambiente am Abend. Für diejenigen mit kleinen Kindern haben wir ein Sicherheitsnetz, mit dem der Pool von der Veranda getrennt werden kann, so dass Sie den offenen Raum mit zusätzlicher Sicherheit genießen können. Das Außendeck bietet mehr Liegestühle und einen Weber Grill. Dieser Bereich wurde zusätzlich beleuchtet, um das Grillen bei Nacht sicher und einfach zu machen!

Wir haben kostenloses Highspeed-WLAN und alle Fernseher sind neue HD-Flachbildfernseher. Mit Fliesenböden im gesamten Gebäude und einer Richtlinie für Haustiere und Rauchen bemühen wir uns, unser Zuhause allergikerarm zu halten.

Die Garage wurde ebenfalls gestrichen und der Boden versiegelt. Hier finden Sie zwei Strandkarren, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Strandspielzeug, Kühlboxen, Fahrräder, Fahrradhelme und ein Schloss, die alle für Sie zur Verfügung stehen.

The host is great at communicating both before the trip and during our stay. Home is in a safe neighborhood and only a block from the public beach access. The kitchen is fully stocked and even comes with spices, dishwasher pods, ziplock bags, and Tupperware. We used the bicycles and beach equipment each day. We had a wonderful week, thank you!

Perfect layout for our family of four

Probably the best stocked rental we’ve ever had. From pool/beach gear, bikes, umbrellas, and toys to cooking and kitchen needs, the host had it all. The home was meticulously clean. Lovely, well appointed home

We had a wonderful time at Casa Resurgo! This home is lovely, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Beautiful Place

This is our second time renting Resurgo and I am sure not our last! Kathy is very easy to work with and it is a lovely home! Walk to beach is ten minutes. Loved having the beach carts to carry chairs and other beach items. Pool is so nice to come back to after a hot day at beach or shopping!

Perfect destination

House is perfect, everything needed for a beach House is available. Clean and covenient, couldn’t be better. Owner made our stay confortable and was available for any questions. We had a problem with the dryer, within a day the appliance guy came to fix it. Decor is vry nice.

Great House, Great Location!

This house is in a great location and has all the items you want for a great family stay. The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes, which is about as short as you get. The house is very well stocked - we cooked in for multiple nights and found everything we needed. The bedrooms are good size and the whole house is clean and well maintained. the lanai and pool are super fun and the outdoor shower is a great plus. 5 Stars all around.

Home away from home.

We could not have asked for a better place place to stay the last two weeks as we visited Marco Island for our annual winter vacation. We honestly felt like we were in our own house except in a much better location especially in January. All the amenities, great location and clean as a whistle. Host is super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. It will be hard not to want to stay here exclusively moving forward. Thank you Kathy.

Great location, great house

We have rented the house over couple of years for a month in winter. House has all the equipment, basic supplies and all. Very well furnished, great pool and easy access to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. Once had a problem with the dryer, within 2 days everything was fixed. The owners do respond quickly if needed.

All the comforts of home

This property met our expectations. The location in proximity to the beach shops and restaurants was perfect. The swimming pool was just the place to relax by at the end of a beach day . The kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor shower was very well thought out . Lots of games, great TV in living room . Plenty of beach equipment in the garage. Incredible retreat

Our family had a wonderfully relaxing week in this beautifully decorated and maintained home. My standard for cleanliness is admittedly high, and it took no time to realize we could fully relax! Every amenity you could think of was available! The beach carts and accessories were exceptionally helpful. The community was so quiet, some of us even napped on the patio. The lap pool was a nice retreat from the beach while the beach cruisers were so fun to ride to the store and to local ice cream shops/restaurants. Kathy was exceptionally responsive also. We've stayed in our share of rentals and this by far exceeds all past experiences! We'll be back!

Paradise!!

This property has everything you want in a house! The location is could not be better - 5 minute walk to the beach and the JW. Our favorite spot in the house was the AMAZING outdoor space. The pool had the option to put a child fence around it which minimized stress levels of having an 18 month old around. Kathy went the extra mile with everything from the way it was perfectly decorated, to all the kitchen supplies to the outdoor items including beach chairs, bikes, even tennis rackets and toys!! Family Vacation

Our family spent one week as guests in Kathy & Charlie’s beautiful home. We started each day with a morning walk, bike ride, or swim. We had breakfast outdoors by the pool, prepared our cooler and beach-gear and had a simple walk to the beach every day. Everything was as described, communicated well, and in wonderful condition. Most nights we made dinner & grilled at the house - make sure to visit the farmers market! Joeys Pizza was fun & Dolphin Tiki Bar had great food too! We also took a boat tour where we saw dolphins, manatee, & collected the most unique seashells. We had a wonderful family vacation! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

Away In Paradise

We came back again and it never gets old! If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with the ocean nearby (literally a 5 minute walk), then this is the place to stay. The home is immaculate and everything you need is at your "fingertips". We truly spend most of our time outside in the lanai. We love grilling outside and swimming in the pool after returning from the beach. You can also walk or bike ride to restaurants. If you need anything, Kathy communicates with you right away. The only big issue we had was the washer machine had horrible mold in the front load gasket. It smelled terrible if the door was open and we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Unfortunately they wouldn’t have been able to fix it until 5 days into our trip but they were able to let us access the unit next door to use that washer. Overall great experience

Unforgettable Stay Near The Beach at Marco Island

We have stayed several times at this property and it truly feels like a home away from home. The property itself is nothing short of amazing. The attention to detail and the care put into every aspect of the house is evident. The interior design is tastefully done, combining modern amenities with a cozy beach house atmosphere. The furnishings were comfortable, and every room exuded a sense of warmth and relaxation. The highlight, without a doubt, is the proximity to the beach. Minutes away from our front door, we found ourselves strolling along pristine white sands, soaking up the Florida sunshine, and listening to the soothing sound of crashing waves. One aspect that stood out during our stay was the exceptional customer service provided by the owners. From the initial booking process to the moment we departed, they were always available and attentive to our needs. In summary, our experience exceeded all expectations. The location, minutes away from the beach, the beautiful property and the outstanding customer service combined to create an unforgettable vacation. If you're looking for a slice of paradise, I highly recommend considering this property for your next beach getaway. It's the perfect destination to unwind, recharge, and create lasting memories.

Magical Marco Island Stay!

From start to finish, the planning and stay, were absolutely fantastic. We seriously could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our first time in Marco. The location cannot be beat. We were literally one block away from the beach. You exit the property, hook a left, then a right at the end of the block, cross the road and you are at the beach! Kathy has the garage stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach, including multiple carts, beach toys, coolers, chairs and umbrellas. It was all we needed and more. Garage also has a handful of bikes (no kid bikes for those traveling with little ones) that were perfect for riding around the neighborhood. The house itself was immaculate. Pool setup is fantastic, with accessibility from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. We spent hours out there daily enjoying family time in the pool. The table firepit was put to good use for nighttime hanging. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Our kids (6 and 8) loved having a bedroom they could sleep in together, but with their own separate beds. The master bath was a big hit with our kids as well, as they enjoyed taking baths in the large, standalone soaker tub. The house is perfectly located on the island. Most of the restaurants were a short drive away. Maybe 10-minutes max to our "farthest" destination, with most places being only a short 3-5 minute drive. Can't wait to go back! Kathy is the best!

Amazing experience w/ great amenities and ideal location

Everything with this property was top notch. We received everything we had hoped for and more, and the owner was extremely responsive and supportive. We enjoyed a very relaxing and comfortable vacation. Among our favorites for this property were the following: - Location, location, location. You can literally walk out the door and have your toes in the water in no more than 10 minutes (and that's with a four year old falling behind). There are cocktail options on the beach as well, given the proximity to the JW Marriott. In the evenings the neighborhood was quiet and you were centrally located to dining. The home was also only a two minute drive to our favorite breakfast location on the island, Doreen's Cup of Joe. If you haven't been, you're missing out. - The outdoor amenities. The pool, lounge area, and grill were all well maintained and enjoyed. - The interior of the home is impeccably done. We enjoyed the remodeled kitchen, comfortable sofas, large smart TV, comfortable bed, and nicely redone master bath. - Beach amenities: The beach carts, towels, umbrellas, and chairs, and toys were the best quality I've seen at any rental. Appreciate the extra expense and effort Kathy incurred to ensure guests were well taken care of. As always, I like to leave at least one constructive comment for improvement. I would recommend the water heater temperature be increased, as baths and showers were just above luke warm. Having kids I appreciated not needing to worry about them being burned by scolding water, but this might have been an overcorrection to the conservative side. Simply put, at the end of the time at this rental, my wife asked me to find out if Kathy would let us purchase the home. Very nice place with very responsive and courteous owners. You won't be disappointed. -
