Recently Renovated! Most Breathtaking Views and Sunsets on Marco Island!

Come and relax at our white sand ocean front condo. The condo had been updated throughout with new floor coverings, new paint, completely renovated kitchen and bathroom. Our unit is a one bedroom with a king size bed (Mattress purchased January 2025) and a new 42' flat screen TV. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa that allows the condo to accommodate up to 4 guests. The living room has a 42' flat screen TV, coffee table, and high top table. The condo has one full size bathroom and a kitchenette with a new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher. We currently just installed brand new hurricane proof sliders to the balcony. The condo is equipped with free WIFI and cable TV. Apollo is a smoke free facility and pets are not allowed.

The condo is on the 5th floor of the 10 story complex and overlooks Marco Island Beach that can be seen from its private corner balcony.

The Apollo offers many amenities for its guests including: a pool, hot tub, direct access to the beach, ocean, tennis courts, fitness center, private parking and washer and dryers are outside the condo unit. You can also enjoy the Sunset Bar and Grill on the first floor that provides cocktails, great food, entertainment and breathtaking sunsets.

***Apollo condominium will charge all incoming guests a registration fee of $45(subject to change) upon arrival, up to 2 vehicles***

Poor Communication and issue resolution

First, let me say that the on-site staff was professional and polite and apologetic for the issues we had. The owners and the management agency are the ones responsible for the issues we had. Really poor overall service from the rental agency. We had a bad experience with this unit (the dishwasher did not work and there were multiple roach sightings), and they did not respond when we used their text service. I believe specifically it's the portion of this business that handles the rental properties. After we had checked out they did apologize and provide excuses for why the condo could not be treated while we were in it and a reason for why the dishwasher couldn't be repaired until a part was ordered. That doesn't make sense considering they didn't even come look at the dishwasher. I do appreciate the apology, but there was no attempt at any consolation or repair

Anniversary trip

I was hesitant because of the reviewer that mentioned it needed a good cleaning, the poor shape of the towels, and lack of the proper kitchen items (only one margarita glass) I will say he was correct and I brought these things to the attention of the management company when I checked out. Also, the dishwasher wasn't working. In spite of these things, we had a great time and you can't beat the view. Hopefully, these small issues will be addressed. I will say we had problem with the AC and it was fixed immediately!

Not what the pictures show you on VRBO

Needs a really good scrub. Bathroom shower had mold in the corners. Front door, bathroom door, counters, patio doors were really dirty. It would behoove them to get new towels and kitchen utensils. Shower towels are stained, no real kitchen cloths to use, had to use a wash cloth. The beach towels provided were embarrassing, one was frayed so bad we went out and bought our own. Kitchen utensils are old and cheap. 1 of the coffee cups was stained really bad.. there was 1 martini glass, really?? these things don't cost much to provide for your renters and make a much better experience and review. A wagon to haul beach items would be nice to have. TVs need updated, couch is new but cheap and uncomfortable. Bed is nice and comfy, but sheets are stained, grossed us out. Fridge was dented but worked. They do have a microwave/convection oven combo that was nice to use. Beautiful views, but patio furniture was awful. Cheap white plastic chair, a tiny table and 2 uncomfortable other chairs . Not the nice table and chair on the VRBO site. Outdoor rugs are frayed and old. Patio screen was torn.. all in all very nice AREA, but so many nicer rentals around. I would not recommend this unit, unless the owner updated things so you don't feel cheated, and don't post pictures that are not accurate. You wouldn't want that done to you! we won't return here.

Quiet and relaxing

We loved the quiet location of the condo. It was clean and had what we needed for our week-long stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the black skimmer birds on the beach. We had some gorgeous sunsets, and loved the evening ritual of people gathering on the beach and clapping for the sunset.

If you’re looking for a great condo on a perfect beach on Marco Island, this is the place! The views from the balcony are incredible, especially the sunsets. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach! We also loved the restaurant on the property. We’re already planning a return trip!

Perfect beach getaway

This was our first time visiting Marco Island and it couldn’t have been better! The condo was great/very nicely updated and had everything we needed as far as household items and beach gear. Great week!

Clean, updated unit fully equipped for a truly, enjoyable stay. Amazing view from the balcony and just steps from the beach. The complex was convenient and quiet. We had one maintenance issue that was addressed by the property manager immediately— kudos for the expedient response!

Beach paradise

For 3 people this unit was perfect! The location and sunset view cannot be topped. The Apollo is safe and quiet. We really appreciated the beach equipment supplied by the owner. We used the umbrella, beach chairs and cooler every day! The patio has seating for six and we watched a few sunsets here but also went down to the beach and watched from the water. We dipped in the pool several times and appreciated the beach foot shower in the pool area as we went up and down. Covered parking was also a great feature of this condo for $25 fee. Great start to summer in a unit perfect for a small group
