You never need to worry about finding a seat, as the balcony features chairs precisely placed across the balcony. Be sure to end your day here as well, with a tropical blended drink in hand as the setting sun turns the sky a brilliant orange.

The theme of the interior is seaside serenity, as it takes its design cues from the surrounding beach. With the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, the boat deck-inspired wood floor and sand-inspired walls are brightened by the natural sunlight. These doors, which are located in both the living room and master bedroom, slide open to the balcony and provide you with gentle ocean breezes throughout the day. To further the experience, all of the rooms are filled with cozy furnishings and beautiful coastal artwork and décor.

The open kitchen features barstool chairs along the granite countertop and all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to serve up a family dinner or tropical beverages on the balcony as the sun goes down.

We want your stay to be nothing short of perfect, so the unit is filled with amenities for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and wall-mounted big screen televisions in the living room and master bedroom.
