★ The Property ★
Spread out across three levels of living space and 32 acres of private fields and forest. After a day of hiking or skiing, unwind in the private pool, soak in the hot tub, or spend some time in the cedar sauna. In the evenings, gather around the stone fireplace or the outdoor firepit, or head downstairs to the game room for some friendly competition.

★ PRIVATE POOL, HOT TUB, AND SAUNA ★
✔ Summer Season: The pool is open from June through August.
✔ Shoulder Season: Weather permitting, the pool is also available in May, September, and October.
✔ Heating: If you would like the pool to be heated (set to 85°F), a heating fee of $100 per day applies. Please let us know 72 hours before your arrival if you want the pool to be heated so it is fully ready for your stay. The fee must be applied to your entire stay. We have a propane pool heater.
✔ Hot Tub & Sauna: Our luxury hot tub and cedar sauna are available year-round.

With an open floor plan and high cathedral ceilings, the main level is ideal for family and friend gatherings.

✔ Main Kitchen: Features quartz countertops, custom cabinets, and an oversized island with seating for 6.

✔ Lower Kitchen & Bar: A second full kitchen and custom bar downstairs make it easy to host without everyone crowding into one room.

★ IMPORTANT NOTES ★
Winter Access: We recommend a 4-wheel-drive vehicle during the winter months. Our gravel road is level and plowed regularly, but Pennsylvania snow can be unpredictable!

Safety: The pool is open for swimming at your own risk; a waiver is required for use.
