Nestled in the picturesque village of Shalbourne, near the Wiltshire/Berkshire border, this charming thatched cottage offers a delightful retreat for families and friends. Mulberry Cottage accommodates up to nine guests, with room for seven in the main house and two in the inviting annexe.

Upon entering, you are welcomed into a spacious hall with a utility room and a downstairs toilet. The journey continues into the heart of the home: the kitchen and dining area, where doors open to an enchanting garden, perfect for outdoor relaxation and play. A few steps lead up to a cosy snug area and a second utility room with another door to the garden. The snug flows into the comfortable living room, which offers additional dining space. Beyond the living room, the orangery awaits, equipped with a smart TV, DVD player, Sky, and plush seating. This is an ideal spot for family gatherings with stunning garden views. While the cottage features an open fire and wood burner, these elements are for display only and should not be used.

Upstairs, in a shoe-free zone, you will find the master bedroom with a sumptuous super king bed and an En-suite shower room. Additionally, there is a twin room with an En-suite shower room, another twin bedroom, and a single bedroom, providing ample space for restful nights. The annexe offers a private retreat for two guests, featuring a twin room and an En-suite shower room. This separate space ensures privacy and comfort for all members of your party.
