Das Hotel ist sehr schön und unsere Suite war wirklich toll (mit direktem Zugang zum Garten). Der Nasszellen im Spa (Sauna und Steamrooms) sind sehr schön und im top Zustand. Allerdings ist der Pool etwas heruntergekommen und die Glas scheiben leider alle sehr verschmutzt. Im grossen und Ganzen hat sich das Personal Git verhalten und teils auch Mühe gegeben. Das Personal am aussenpool war eine Katastrophe. Es war genug Personal vorhanden aber sie hatten alle ganz klar keine Lust die Gäste zu bedienen. Der Service war so schlecht das wir am zweiten Tag nach einer Stunde den Pool verlassen haben und nur noch via roomservice bestellt hatten von unsere Suite aus. Wir hatten eine Rundreise durch Marocco gemacht und das Personal in den Riads war tausendfach besser und freundlicher als im Es Saadi Palace wo wir drei Nächte verbachten am Schluss um zu entspannen. Die drei Restaurants sind opullent und speziell eingerichtet, sehr schön und der Service im Italiener und im Marocanischen Restaurant war sehr gut. Das Frühstück Buffet ist auch eher entäuschend. Wir würden das Hotel empfehlen unter Vorbehalt.

The gardens were excellent, rooms had good views, breakfast was bit limited, birds flying around in the breakfast area, too often munching on the cereals , not sure if this complies with health and safety, but this is Marrakech where people live to con others.

Palace tres bien situé ...

Accueil très professionnel dans un cadre splendide, architecture et mobilier magnifique. nous avons passés un superbe séjour, endroit merveilleux pour se ressourcer et profiter de la piscine de la salle de sport et des bains du spa .. une seule envie y séjourner à nouveau..

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks with our 3 month old. This resort should be a 4* not 5*. Pros - Beautiful room, very spacious. We booked a suite as we were staying for two weeks with a baby and needed the extra space. House keeping were excellent. - Great pool options incl a heated pool and beds/cabanas for lounging. - Resort staff esp pool staff were friendly and helpful. Cons - Pool food options are limited and rubbish for vegetarians. - Bedroom towels and pillows are terrible quality for a 5* resort. - On one occasion a pool staff denied me a third towel because they had a lot of guests they needed to service?! For a 5* resort they should always have unlimited towels! - Reception staff (two females) very rude. Our AC stopped working for two days and we were informed that the hotel turned it off completely - again it's a 5* resort! - Concierge; unfriendly and pretty useless. - The resort does not provide irons or kettles for tea/coffee (strange) in rooms. In the middle - Restaurants were good but not excellent. - Room service food options are limited esp for vegetarians (but we were staying for two weeks so for a week it's unlikely to be an issue) - I emailed the resort prior to arriving regarding sterilizing baby bottles. I was told they had sterilizing machine. On arrival I was told it was broken and arranging alternative sterilizing was a big struggle. In the end, Farah did arrange for us to use their microwave once a day to do all our baby bottles - thank you!

vacances parfaites

personel et hotel parfaits. room service delicieux et rapide avec des produits frais. mention speciale à la salle de sport et au spa avec les hammams et le circuit aquatique. idealement placé.
