Located in the hearth of Palmeraie area, Marrakech is 15 minutes drive away, Villa Sun is a luxury property divided in three separated houses plus the staff house, it can accommodate up 10 person in its air conditioned bedrooms.
The ambient is really relaxing and peaceful, 24 hours secured, ideal to spend unforgettable holidays with the family and friends.
The spaces outsides are well maintained, a large grass garden, with palm trees and olives trees, hosts the heated swimming pool, 20 meters long, with the terrace around and sunbeds, for the relaxing moments in the sunny days, close by the pool house with the dining room, an outdoor lounge space and the kitchen, it is also available a service toilet and cloakroom. Just 10 meters fairway the tennis court, shared with the other villas and a bowling alley.

Directly from the external terrace, we enter inside the main building, the closest to the pool, the ambient is really comfortable with a spacious living room, the fireplace, a dining room with table and chairs, on the first floor two double rooms with private bathroom, a large roof terrace with deckchairs and lounge area.
The second building, just few meters distant, includes two more bedrooms, on the first floor, with en suite bathrooms, kitchenette and a terrace, . On the ground floor a library and the tv lounge room with a terrace.
The third building hosts two more bedrooms, on located on the ground floor, with a double bed and private bathroom indoor and outdoor, the second one, on the first floor with a private bathroom and a terrace. Complete this building the kitchenette.

The guests will appreciate the full staff available, the cook, the housekeepers and the steward, they will help you for any need and will transform your stay, unique and exclusive.

Dar Sun is the perfect place also for kids, they will be entertained with the ping-pong table, a board games, and the playroom. And for adults the massage room, hammam and a gym room.
