Le Palais du Roi is a stunning villa in Marrakech just few km from the city center, this amazing property offers to its guests all services needed for a luxury and unique Moroccan holiday.
The property is over 1.6 hectare made of wonderful gardens with perfectly maintained English grass and surrounded by palm, there is a private swimming pool of 22x11 meter which can be heated, equipped with sun lunges and umbrellas for shade. A Caidal tent of 80 square meters which can host up to 90 people facing the pool area, equipped outdoor area with barbecue, bar and table for al fresco meal, and other equipped terraces with garden furniture where to relax and enjoy your vacation.
Palais du Roi can host up to 22 people, it is a luxury property with all amenities needed, the imponent entrance door leads to a large hall taking to the spacious living area with 3 lunges equipped with elegant sofas, fire place, a TV lunge; dining room of over 40 square meter with a table for 22 and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed;
There is also a SPA with a gym, massage room, two shower rooms and hammam; the villa has a sound round music system for your relax while taking a massage or just enjoy a cup of tea. The sound system is also present in the pool area.
The night section features 11 bedrooms three of which are in a separate independent house. The master bedroom on first floor is a suite with a double bed and as well one single, a private bathroom with shower, separate living area with fire place TV and a dressing room, the room opens to a private terrace.

Every bedroom of the villa is air conditioned, and has a safe in room.
The villa is fully staffed with maid service, breakfast served at buffet between 8-10 AM in the living room, waiter only for breakfast.
Guest will also enjoy the Ping pong table, Pentaque, Chess game, Badminton game.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
The house chef/cook prepares all meals. Meals and beverages will be charged to your final bill.
Pool has no swimming guard
No safety fence around the pool
