Oberoi Marrakech - a wonderful experience!
We had the pleasure of staying for 1 night in the deluxe villa with a private pool.
The pool was a good size and the outdoor terrace had sunloungers and was beautiful and private.
The room itself was very spacious with a separate dressing area, walk in wardrobe and a large bathroom with a separate shower and bath tub.
The hotel is situated about 15 mins from the Medina and away from all the hustle and bustle in its own private secluded area with beautiful gardens and pools.
The staff were very attentive and exemplary, especially Rohan who engaged with us regularly to make sure we had a memorable stay.
We also met Fabien the general manager who also was very friendly and helpful.
There are two main restaurants and a poolside bar that also offers lunch. As well as this there is a lovely relaxed bar with a terrace and live music. The food was spectacular with a wide variety of international cuisine including Indian, French and traditional Morrocan.
The spa was very peaceful and serene and again the staff were always on hand to make our experience that bit more special. The lady that showed us around was very accommodating and did her utmost to facilitate our needs given the short duration of our stay. There is a traditional Morrocan hamman which provides a private session for individuals or couples, a large indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room, yoga studio and an out door relaxation area which is the perfect spot to view the sunset.
