Hotel could do with some updating, it is clean but basic. Room was a great size, shower could do with being replaced, if I was staying for a holiday I would have liked something better.

Un séjour horrible mes vacances ont été gâchés en effet e booker m a vendu un tout compris qui n’existe pas et en plus l hôtel regorgeait de cafard problème de transat tous les jours pas assez de transat les serviettes ne sont pas remises avant 19h et prise le matin à 8h Une femme de chambre vient frapper à la porte tous les matins des 8 heures les récupérer et ne les rend que vers 19h Lorsque j ai été à l accueil pr réclamer on me dit d aller attendre dans Ma chambre 2heures plus tard toujours rien Tous les matins problèmes de tasses d assiettes de verre on attend mais rien ne se passe j ai eu l impression de faire la manche pour chaque demande Un directeur fort aimable mais un personnel incompétent j ai économisé un an pour cette semaine et je suis dégoûtée d avoir perdu mon argent dans cet hôtel indigne de ces 4etoiles

“Terrible customer service and awful value for money”

As soon as we arrived we were made to feel like an inconvenience to the reception staff who didn't give us any information about our stay and simply pointed us in the direction of a room. The room, although nice enough, boasted stained bedding, towels with holes in and hairs in the dirty bathtub. At dinner we were made to feel like second class citizens as we hadn't originally booked an evening meal. We were given conflicting information about the price by reception and the restaurant and faced a barrage of abuse from the aggressive restaurant manager when we raised the issue that the price was incorrect and the chicken was undercooked. He later tried to resolve this by plying us with free drinks when we complained about the service at reception. The food in general is mass produced, badly cooked and horrendously overpriced, along with the drinks. On a positive note, the ladies at the spa are wonderful and we had an amazing hammam to finish our visit. In summary, I would not recommend this hotel unless you like being ripped off and paying for terrible customer service. Believe me, you will get better service at a £15 a night riad in the medina and get to see the real Morocco.

Bon produit

Hôtel bien entretenu, propre, personnel aimable et poli. Chambre spacieuse et agréable, superbe piscine. Petit bémol mais petit concernant le petit-déj, peu de choix. Bonne prestation
