By the pool, you can sunbathe on the loungers or relax in the shade of the gazebo, furnished with two armchairs and a small table facing the English lawn, which you'll also find at the property's entrance. Before dinner, prepare a delicious aperitif and immerse yourself in a sensory adventure among the bubbles. The highlight of the property is the splendid outdoor hot tub with a view of the pool. The relaxation area is surrounded by glass walls to provide guests with comfort even in cooler temperatures, without sacrificing a moment of pure relaxation in good company.



Ancient Apulian Dwellings with All the Comforts



Make the most of all the spaces, enjoy every corner of this paradise, and all the comforts that the typical Apulian dwelling can offer. The villa in the heart of the Itria Valley, surrounded by other trulli, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults). Prepare your delicious dishes in the outdoor kitchen, furnished with a dining area, gazebo, and a double sunbed with a parasol. A "maze of 5 cones" and a "lamia" connected to each other, including steps that divide the living area from the sleeping area, create a mystical and equally warm and welcoming atmosphere. The interior decor maintains the rustic character of bygone times with barrel vaults and exposed stone – a unique experience to live!



Choose whether to sleep in the historic alcove inside the "5 cones" with a French bed or in the more spacious master bedroom inside the "lamia," an ancient square-shaped rural construction. As per tradition, the alcove is a small bedroom separated from the rest of the room by a curtain and offers enough space for only the bed (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children).



The typical dry stone construction of the trulli is a method we today define as "sustainable". Thanks to the air gaps that form during construction between one stone and another, the temperature inside the dwellings remains constant, providing a cool environment in summer and a warm one in winter. However, the living area and the master bedroom are equipped with air conditioning and heating.
