The entrance is into a lovely little terrace overlooking the pine forest, furnished with armchairs.
 
The apartment is spacious and bright, with new and modern furniture.
The living room with open kitchen is furnished with dining room, 1 double sofa bed and the TV.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room. At the back there is a large furnished veranda for outdoor dining and relaxing in the cool air. The second double bedroom with en suite bathroom is located downstairs.

internal spiral staircase leads to the terrace, where there is a
solarium and a shaded gazebo furnished with table and chairs.

Villa Madonnina is located along the Taranto Ionian coast, not far from the lively seaside town of Campomarino di Maruggio.
The nearest beaches are only 300 meters away. Here the sea is deep blue and crystal clear, and the sand dunes are soft and golden. In Campomarino di Maruggio in summer there are all the main services.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
