Not included in the price, to be paid on site:

• Tourist tax 3,00 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights from 1/04 to 31/10. Children under 18 years do not pay
• For arrival after 8:00 PM until midnight a late arrival fee of 60,00 euros will be requested. For arrivals after midnight a late arrival fee of 80,00 euros will be requested

You will reach Villa Ligea from the parking area climbing two small stairs.

Offering a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle, the garden at this luxury villa boasts terraces and an elevated infinity pool (4 x 8 m and 1.20 m deep) with breath-taking panoramic views. Make the most of the mild climate with al fresco meals prepared in the gorgeous outdoor kitchen below the pool, where facilities include a dining table for 10, gas hob, electric oven, sink and barbecue.

The interior living space and bedrooms reflect the same levels of understated elegance as outside, with a décor made up of a muted neutral palette of white and shades of grey and oatmeal. On the ground floor, the generously proportioned dining room and designer kitchen provide dazzling sea views through vast panoramic windows. A striking spiral staircase leads up to the first-floor lounge, which has a beautiful fireplace and access to a sea-view terrace.
