The Space

This Luxurious and Stylish Villa is set across 3 floors and is complete with 6 Bedrooms, 6 Bathrooms, Outdoor Pool with outdoor dining area, including a wood fire pizza and BBQ area and wonderful Roof Terrace. Ideal for large groups of friends or families looking for a tranquil and idyllic stay in Nerano. The layout of the Villa is thoughtfully organized to enhance the experience of every guest. From spacious living areas to luxurious bedrooms, each corner of the villa exudes elegance and sophistication. Impeccably appointed, the villa features top-of-the-line amenities and contemporary furnishings, ensuring a seamless blend of style and comfort.



Ground Floor

Access the villa by ascending steps from the street level and crossing a suspended glass-sided walkway. This pathway leads you to either the first floor of the villa or the lower level of the outdoor space. The stairs are crafted from original mass stone, offering a touch of rustic elegance, while the entrance and outdoor areas feature modern resin materials. The enclosed outdoor space spans across two levels, creating a tranquil oasis.



Kitchen and Living Area

The second kitchen is complete with a 4-burner hob, sink, oven, and fridge freezer for your full use throughout your stay. In the living area you’ll find a comfortable corner sofa and cabinet with a 55” TV for your entertainment.



Balcony

French windows open up to a furnished balcony boasting picturesque sea views, providing a serene retreat. This balcony also offers direct access down to the main outdoor area, enhancing the seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces.



Outdoor Area

Enjoy your time relaxing by the outdoor pool complete with sun-beds. You can also find an outdoor shower for your use as well as pool towels. The enclosed outdoor space also includes a built-in wood burning pizza oven and grill. Additionally, two Vietri tables measuring 1.80x1.80 meters each provide ample space for outdoor dining and relaxation.



First Floor

Upon entering the first floor, you're welcomed into the expansive open-plan living area, featuring a spacious contemporary kitchen boasting ample natural light through its windows. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob, a double sink, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machines.

Adjacent to the kitchen, a generously sized dining table comfortably seats 12 guests. Step outside onto the external balcony, furnished with a cozy arrangement of a small table, chairs, and a sofa, offering a perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors. Conveniently, a door leads directly to the exterior steps.

Roof Terrace

In common with all the balconies, the large roof terrace (170m²) is equipped with glass barriers to make the most of the wonderful sea views. The roof terrace is furnished with a small table, sofa, hot tub, sun beds and a large, covered fitness area with a treadmill, exercise bike and a gym bench.



Guest Access

When staying at the Villa you will have complete access to the whole property including the Outdoor Pool and Roof Terrace. The villa is composed of 6 Bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 people, all the rooms have ensuite bathrooms with Rainfall Shower, French Windows leading onto the Balcony with Sea View & Seating, Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning and more.

Access to unregistered guests and external operator such as chefs, yoga instructors, massage therapists, or similar is not permitted without prior authorization from the property.

The villa works exclusively with a carefully selected staff who are fully familiar with the property and its standards.

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:



• City Tax: 3€ per adult per night (From April 1st to October 31st)

• Late Check In: 80€ from 7pm - Midnight

• Extra Bed: 135€ per person per night



• A Security deposit in EURO to be given to the manager upon arrival of €2,000. The deposit will be returned upon check-out minus any charges for damage caused.
