The villa is located just outside Marina del Cantone, and is surrounded by the local vegetation with tall pines, it has amazing sea view from the different terraces set on each villa’s level, from which is possible to see the villa Campanella promontory on one side and the Li Galli Island on the other side, the whole outside private garden and terraces covers over 600 square meters at the ground level guest will have the exclusive use of the swimming pool which is 15 square meters, and is 1.20 mt depth, it is equipped with sun lounges, from pool terrace few steps down takes to a second terrace facing the sea equipped with garden sofas and chairs. The living area is located on the ground floor equipped with sofas and 55” flat screen Satellite TV.
The villa offers to its guests all comforts and amenities, it is fully air conditioned, there is wifi inside and outside, two equipped kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, centrifuge machine, microwave etc.; TV’s on each bedroom, private parking for 2 cars, safe, daily made service, wash and dryer, Gym equipment, BBQ.

The villa is located in Massa Lubrense, Nerano town, and just 200 meters from Marina del Cantone, where guest can find all services such grocery, bus stops and some exclusive restaurants and lidos such as La Perla, Lo Scoglio, Taverna del Capitano, Conca del Sogno and others. Sorrento city cente is 17 km; Positano 26 km; the Amalfi coast has easy access by boat we do organize private excursion by exclusive boat to the entire Amalfi coast or to the Island of Capri.

Rental Rules:
Security deposit: 2.000 Euros with pre-authorization on credit card.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 19:00; Check-Out time is by 9:30am. Check-in out of hours extra 60 euros.
