While the villa for 12 occupies around 500 m², the garden extends over an enormous 3,000 m² encompassing terraces, olive and palm tree dotted lawns, and a delightful infinity pool (5 x 10 m) with superb sea views. A spacious terrace provides ample space for al fresco dining and attractive white wicker lounge-style furniture to relax in and enjoy the panoramic view. Archways lead through to pretty hideaway corners featuring a pizza oven, grill and barbecue.



Step inside into a home filled with dazzling ceramics, antique furniture and original features. On the ground floor, relax in the study or in the lounge, which has a sofa, armchairs, a fireplace and a TV. The dining room and kitchen are inter-connected and the kitchen leads directly out to the terrace. Stairs lead from the lounge to the first floor.

• Tourist Tax: 3,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.

• For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied.

• Damage deposit: 500,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
