Villa Grazia is a stylish, modern and bright property located in a quiet position in the bay of Marina del Cantone, a quaint fishing village which becomes more and more renowned year after year.
The villa has direct access to the beach (through 120 steps) equipped with a private lido with a good restaurant and bar.

Villa Grazia has been recently renovated, it develops on three levels that are connected to each other through an internal staircase and by an elevator.

At the entrance level there is large and bright living room equipped with luxury furniture such as comfortable sofas, flat screen satellite TV, a piano, a bar corner and a wooden table with chairs. The living room gives onto a large and panoramic terrace of 50 square meters and it is furnished with an outdoor table with chairs and comfortable sofas.
Also, on the same floor there are two double bedrooms (one has ensuite bathroom with bathtub with shower) and a family bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet and shower.

Going up to the upper level there are three further double bedrooms (two of them have ensuite bathroom with washbasin, toilet, a Jacuzzi bathtub with shower and hairdryer)
On this floor, there is also a family bathroom equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, shower and hairdryer.
On this level there is a very panoramic terrace of 20 square meter.

On the lower level there is a large and bright living room with a comfortable round sofa, a fireplace, a flat screen Tv-Sat, large windows overlooking the sea and an open plan kitchen equipped with all useful appliances such as microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, to prepare delicious meals. From the kitchen you have direct access to a patio where you is found also a barbecue. Here you will also find a washing machine and a clothes dryer.
Still on the lower floor there are two double bedrooms, one has an ensuite bathroom with shower and a family bathroom equipped with washbasin, toilet bidet and shower is available for the guests.
On this level there is a third terrace of about 20 square meters equipped with an outdoor table with chairs and also from this terrace you can enjoy a stunning view over the sea.

At the entrance level there is the private swimming pool (4 meters large by 8 meters long, from 10 centimeters to 3 meters deep) with a whirlpool corner and is filled with sea water; the solarium has sun beds, deck chairs and lounging seats where you can sunbathe reading a good book maybe sipping a glass of good wine and admire the most incredible sea view.

Villa Grazia is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

This beautiful property is ideal for those who aim to spend their vacations with their family or with a group of friends in total relaxation.

Neighborhood and surroundings:
Marina del Cantone offers beaches with pebbles and crystal-clear waters, the beaches are equipped with lidos, bars and restaurants; the nearest village is Nerano where you can find a grocery store, a tobacconist and a bistro. Massa Lubrense and Sant’Agata sui due Golfi instead are the largest and closest centers to Marina del Cantone where you can find supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers, pubs, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, banks and post offices and everything you will need during your stay.
A car is recommended if you wish to travel along the coast; you can easily park four cars in the private parking of Villa Grazia.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 4 nights
Check-in from 15:00 to 20:00. For arrivals after 20:00 will be requested a late arrival fee of 50,00 Euros to be paid upon arrival.
The rental price includes: final cleaning, electricity, maid service from Monday to Saturday 6 hours per day, linens and towels with mid-week change, beach/pool towels.
Extra costs to pay on arrival:
Refundable deposit: € 500 to be paid on arrival, it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damages.
Tourist Tax: 3,00 Euros per person per day (from 18 years old onwards), from 1st April until 31st October.
Air-conditioning: On consumption (€ 0,40/Kwh).
