The price does not include:
Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00 per animal per week or part of week and up to 2 small or medium size). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.

Villa Jasmine, located on the hills overlooking the renowned town of Viareggio, offers a spectacular panoramic view of Lake Massaciuccoli and the Versilia coast. The golden beaches of Versilia, just a few kilometres away, have always been a popular Italian and international tourist destination, as is the renowned Torre del Lago which was the residence and inspiration for the Maestro Giacomo Puccini who stayed there for long periods. This classic Tuscan villa stands out for its essential lines and its panoramic and luminous spaces, designed to guarantee maximum comfort. On two floors, it is simply furnished, combining traditional Tuscan materials such as terracotta floors, stone and marble, wooden beamed ceilings, and alternates Tuscan furnishings with pieces of shabby chic to make the guests' stay unique. The numerous panoramic areas, both in the garden and in the villa, offer breathtaking views of the sea, making for an unforgettable holiday.

Interior:
The villa (approximately 220 sqm) lies on sloping ground, giving both the upper and lower floors direct outside access. GROUND FLOOR – Living room with dining area and sitting room with ornamental fireplace and TV area; bathroom with shower; double bedroom; double bedroom with divisible bed and outside access; laundry room with outside access; utility room with large fridge. UPPER FLOOR – Open-plan dining/kitchen area; double bedroom with divisible bed with adjacent bathroom with tub; double bedroom; a bathroom with shower. 
Park:
Villa Jasmine is set in a hilly area on the edge of the village of Bargecchia surrounded by a well-kept garden of about 1500 sqm, completely fenced, mostly lawn and enlivened by fruit and olive trees, colourful flowers and traditional Tuscan herbs. The outdoor dining area with table is located under the portico next to the swimming pool and the brick barbecue.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located on the same level as the ground floor of the villa, about 2 m away, and offers a panoramic view of the town of Viareggio with its blue sea. Rectangular and measuring 3.5 x 7 m with a constant depth of 1.15 m, the pool is lined in sky-blue soft PVC and has chlorine purification, large steps for access to the water, a terracotta-paved solarium area equipped with sunbeds shaded by 2 umbrellas; it is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
